Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of PUPS Check In by Willetts Technology. PUPS Check In is part of the PUPS Software family of products provided by Willetts Technology.

1. Service Provider and Customers

PUPS Check In is provided by Willetts Technology. Customers or licensees are organizations or individual users who pay to access and use the service.

2. Account and Security Responsibilities

1. Users are responsible for proper account use and for maintaining credential confidentiality.
2. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
3. Each organization is responsible for activity performed by its authorized users.

3. Provider Organization Responsibilities

1. Provider organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission or consent before adding client/customer contact information.
2. Provider organizations are responsible for obtaining consent before enabling SMS or email check-ins.
3. Provider organizations are responsible for message content configured in their account and for lawful communications practices.

4. No Emergency or Crisis Service

PUPS Check In is not an emergency service or crisis response service. Users and organizations must not rely on PUPS Check In for emergency monitoring, urgent intervention, or time-critical crisis communications.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

1. Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
2. Transmit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content.
3. Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operation, or bypass technical controls.
4. Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse platform data or interfaces.

6. Subscription, Payment, and Billing

Use of PUPS Check In may require an active paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set by your order, invoice, or service agreement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service access.

7. Suspension and Termination

Willetts Technology may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violation of these terms, legal or compliance requirements, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to applicable contractual payment obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willetts Technology and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability arising from these terms is limited to fees paid for the service during the 12 months before the claim.

9. Related Agreements

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, SMS Terms, BAA, and EULA.
