This End-User License Agreement (EULA) governs access to and use of PUPS Check In by Willetts Technology. PUPS Check In is part of the PUPS Software family of products provided by Willetts Technology.

1. License Grant

Subject to this EULA and any applicable subscription or service agreement, Willetts Technology grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the web-based PUPS Check In application for your internal business purposes.

2. Authorized Use

1. You must use valid account credentials and keep your login information secure.
2. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for use by your authorized users.
3. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit others to:

1. Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the service except as expressly permitted in writing.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas of the service.
3. Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access data or functionality without written authorization.
4. Circumvent security controls, test for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
5. Use the service in a way that interferes with normal operation or harms Willetts Technology, other customers, or end users.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

PUPS Check In by Willetts Technology, including all software, content, designs, and related intellectual property, is owned by Willetts Technology and its licensors. This EULA grants a right to access and use the service only, and does not transfer ownership rights.

5. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party providers (for example, email, SMS, hosting, and analytics providers). Willetts Technology is not responsible for third-party services outside of its direct control.

6. Suspension and Termination

Willetts Technology may suspend or terminate access if you violate this EULA, applicable law, or terms of service, or if your use presents security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, your license to access and use PUPS Check In ends immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PUPS Check In is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willetts Technology disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willetts Technology and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability arising from or related to this EULA will not exceed the amounts paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Changes to This EULA

Willetts Technology may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
