Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, use of services, or receipt of care from a provider organization. Opting out of SMS notifications does not affect a client's ability to receive services from their provider organization. Provider organizations are responsible for obtaining client consent before enabling SMS notifications.
PUPS Check In operates as a B2B SaaS platform. SMS notifications are sent to clients of provider organizations. Before enabling SMS for a client, the provider organization obtains the client's explicit verbal or written consent through its intake, consent, treatment, or electronic health record process. An authorized provider user then enters the client's mobile number and enables SMS within the application only after confirming that consent has been obtained and reviewing the consent disclosure with or on behalf of the client. The client may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary with service providers who assist in delivering the requested messages (such as SMS delivery providers). This service is not used for affiliate marketing, lead generation, or third-party promotional campaigns.
These SMS Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, EULA, and BAA.
